
How to make a Kiwi-Sea
Kiwi fruit are amazing in Autumn and given that they are in such an abundance I wanted to design a drink around this. The Stolen white rum has hints of Pepper and Vanilla whilst its ripe cantaloupe and grape notes are a perfect match to the apricot brandy and kiwi fruit. The fresh lemon juice and agave round out this flavoursome drink, perfect for a late afternoon. - Kurtis B
Ingredients
- 45 ml Stolen White Rum
- 15 ml Apricot Brandy
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Agave Syrup
- 1 Kiwi Fruit
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake & double strain over fresh ice into a old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a slice of kiwi
