La Paloma Cocktail Recipe
La Paloma has a shrouded history with no proven origin. It is highly likely that it originally came from Mexico in the mid to late 1900s before migrating to the US. Both Squirt and Jarritos are popular brand choices of grapefruit soda in the US and Mexico whilst I opted for a homegrown soda from CAPI.La Paloma translates to "the dove".
