Lemoncello Spritz
The perfect summer spritz with a relatively low ABV. Featuring Threefold Lemoncello which is made from a gin base featuring native Australian botanicals, macerated lemon peel and three Australian native limes (blood lime, dessert lime & sunrise lime) resulting in a more complex lemoncello.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Threefold Lemoncello
- 60 ml prosecco
- 90 ml soda water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large wine glass, combine all the ingredients
- Stir briefly to incorporate
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of rosemary
