
Little Italy Cocktail Recipe
The Little Italy was created by Audrey Saunders of the Pegu Club bar in NYC. A subtly bitter variation on the classic Manhattan using the bitter Italian liqueur, Cynar.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Rye Whiskey 2 oz
- 22.5 mL Sweet Vermouth ¾ oz
- 15 mL Cynar ½ oz
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your mixing glass
- Stir with ice for around 30 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a cherry
