How to make a Long Island Iced Tea
Everyone's been knocked about by having a couple too many of these bad boys! The strength of the cocktail all depends on the size of the glass you are using but I would recommend the 2.5 shots as listed.
Try mixing both lemon and lime juice instead with a splash of sugar syrup! The cola should have plenty of sugar already...
Instructions
- Fill your hi-ball glass with ice
- Add all the ingredients with the lemon juice last
- Garnish with a piece of lemon

November 14, 2017 at 7:36 pmSorry I missed your comment until now, bit late I know! Look for 100% blue agave tequila, my go to ‘house’ tequila is El Jimador.. don’t spend too much if you are mixing it with coke in a Long Island Iced Tea… but if you are drinking it straight or mixing margarita’s and have more budget, get Herradura 🙂
