
Midnight Stinger
Sam Ross was a former bartender at Milk & Honey and now co-owner of Attaboy. He's created a long line of modern cocktails such as the Paper Plane and Penicillin. The team at Attaboy forego the usual menu and rely on their "bartender's choice" format. The Midnight Stinger is Sam's go to for "whiskey/citrus/bitter".
Ingredients
- 30 ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 30 ml Fernet Branca
- 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
- 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice for 12-15 seconds
- Strain over pebble ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig
