
Mollymock Cocktail Recipe
The Mollymock cocktail is made using a black rum - specifically Bacardi Black, which is aged for 3 years in a heavily charred barrel which features notes of sweet, tropical fruit with a smoky liquorice and molasses finish.It results in a sweet, bitter and herbal cocktail with a bit of zest from the freshly squeezed lime juice and twist of orange.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Black Rum 2 oz
- 15 mL Dom Bénédictine Liqueur 0.5 oz
- 1 Barspoon Amaro Montenegro
- 30 mL Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz
- 7.5 mL Simple Syrup 0.25 oz
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass
- Garnish with a twist of orange
