Monkey Shine Cocktail Recipe
The Monkey Shine cocktail was created at the Bellagio Casino, Las Vegas. A potent mix of white rum, coconut rum and fresh pineapple. The recipe needs further adaptation - potentially more pineapple juice, served tall over ice or lowering the rum.
Ingredients
- 60 mL White Rum 2 oz
- 30 mL Malibu Coconut Rum 1 oz
- 30 mL Fresh Pineapple Juice 1 oz
Instructions
- Rim your coupe glass with a cinnamon sugar
- Combine the 3 ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into the chilled coupe glass
