Mr Prado
Mr Prado is reminiscent of a margarita - a Pineapple Sage Margarita to be more specific. Although the acidity is lowered in comparison due to the addition of fresh pineapple juice. It's a tropical variation of a margarita with hints of earthiness brought by the sage syrup.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Blanco Tequila
- 60 ml Pineapple Juice
- 22.5 ml Sage Syrup
- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice for 12 seconds
- Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a sage leaf
