Negroni Cocktail Recipe

A classic Negroni cocktail generally calls for equal parts but I prefer to opt for a slightly more gin-forward ratio. I also like to change between craft gins depending on the mood (such as a Blood Orange Gin).
And, if I want a richer style Negroni then I will opt for either Cocchi di Torino with it's notes of orange and cacao or Carpano Antica Formula with it's notes of vanilla.
Another option is to substitute in Punt e Mes (a vermouth con bitter) in place of the sweet vermouth for a more bitter and bold version of a Negroni.
