How to make a Negroni Cocktail
This cocktail resembles the Americano (minus the soda and replaced with gin). Not to everyone's taste though I must admit - try easing into one by replacing the Campari with a less bitter Italian aperitif, Aperol - yum!
Ingredients
- 30 mL Sweet Vermouth
- 30 mL Campari
- 30 mL Gin
- Orange twist or a slice will do!
Instructions
- Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice
- Pour ingredients over ice
- Stir well (20-30 seconds)
- Garnish with an orange twist
