
Negroni Ice Cream Float
A Negroni float is a nostalgic and playful way to sit back and enjoy an adult beverage. True to it's inspiration from a classic Negroni with bittersweet flavours and the addition of a creamy, effervescent texture.
Ingredients
ICE CREAM
- 10 Juniper Berries
- 2 Large Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
NEGRONI SYRUP
- 45 mL Gin
- 45 mL Sweet Vermouth
- 45 mL Campari
- 100 g Sugar
Instructions
ICE CREAM
- Use a mortar and pestle to crush juniper berries
- Add to soft ice cream and mix through
NEGRONI SYRUP
- Combine ingredients into a saucepan
- Simmer for approx 10 minutes
- Reduce until syrup is thicker and honey-like in texture
NEGRONI FLOAT DRINK
- Combine the gin, Campari and chosen soda to your high ball glass
- Add ice
- Add juniper ice cream
- Garnish with juniper berries
- Drizzle with Negroni syrup
- Serve with a straw
- Enjoy!
