A Negroni float is a nostalgic and playful way to sit back and enjoy an adult beverage. True to it's inspiration from a classic Negroni with bittersweet flavours and the addition of a creamy, effervescent texture.

Ingredients
 

ICE CREAM

  • 10 Juniper Berries
  • 2 Large Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

NEGRONI SYRUP

NEGRONI FLOAT DRINK

  • 45 mL Gin
  • 15 mL Campari
  • 120 mL Grapefruit or Blood Orange Soda

Instructions
 

ICE CREAM

  • Use a mortar and pestle to crush juniper berries
  • Add to soft ice cream and mix through

NEGRONI SYRUP

  • Combine ingredients into a saucepan
  • Simmer for approx 10 minutes
  • Reduce until syrup is thicker and honey-like in texture

NEGRONI FLOAT DRINK

  • Combine the gin, Campari and chosen soda to your high ball glass
  • Add ice
  • Add juniper ice cream
  • Garnish with juniper berries
  • Drizzle with Negroni syrup
  • Serve with a straw
  • Enjoy!
