
Nippon Cocktail Recipe
The Nippon Cocktail was created by Guiseppe Gallo, an Italian mixologist who founded ITALICUS (a citrusy, floral and bitter liqueur). The Nippon features subtle notes of ginger and honeysuckle on the nose with a honeyed sweetness on the palate.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Japanese Whisky 1.5 oz
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth 1 oz
- 7.5 ml Ginger Liqueur 0.25 oz
Instructions
- Add the 3 ingredients to your mixing glass
- Stir with ice
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a twist of lemon
