
Oliveto
Marvel Bar in Minneapolis have been serving Olivetos since they first opened back in 2011. This gin sour calls for the addition of olive oil and Licor 43. First thought would be that the olive oil would add an oily texture on the palate but strangely it does the opposite, making this a very clean, quick to finish sour.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 7.5 ml Licor 43
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Olive Oil
- 7.5 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Dry shake (no ice) 200 times
- Wet shake (with ice)
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
