
How to make a Painkiller
Most recipes suggest stirring but I like to give it a good shake to ensure the coconut cream is thoroughly mixed through.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Pusser's Rum
- 120 mL pineapple juice
- 30 mL cream of coconut
- 30 mL orange juice
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Add the first four ingredients to a glass
- Stir thoroughly
- Sprinkle nutmeg on the top
- Garnish with orange, cherry and/or fresh pineapple
