Official cocktail of the British Virgin Islands and a favourite throughout the Caribbean, the traditional painkiller cocktail is made with Pusser’s Rum but bartenders boycott!
Most recipes suggest stirring but I like to give it a good shake to ensure the coconut cream is thoroughly mixed through.
- 60mL Pusser's Rum
- 120mL pineapple juice
- 30mL cream of coconut
- 30mL orange juice
- Add the first four ingredients to a glass
- Stir thoroughly
- Sprinkle nutmeg on the top
- Garnish with orange, cherry and/or fresh pineapple
