The Pantheon cocktail was created by Daisuke Ito, the owner of Tokyo's Land Bar Artisan. He created it for Nicholas Coldicott's cocktail book, Tokyo Cocktails. Daisuke created something that was simple, complex with flavour and easily recreatable. The Scotch whisky brings oak and subtle smoke whilst the Benedictine brings herbal honeyed spice, balanced with lemon.

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Coupe glass


  • 30 ml blended Scotch whisky
  • 15 ml Benedictine
  • 15 ml lemon juice


  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
  • Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
