An tweak on a sweet, easy to drink cocktail, the Bay Breeze. The Bay Breeze is a mix of vodka, cranberry and pineapple. It is one of the simplest of cocktails that go down well on a hot summers day without being too intense!

Get creative with your glassware

No need to buy a load of ingredients and bottles for this one. A cocktail that can be enjoyed any day without fuss.

• 45-60mL Vodka
• Pineapple Juice
• Cranberry Juice
• Passionfruit puree or half a passionfruit

Fill a hi-ball (or a mini milk bottle as pictured!) with ice and add the vodka then top with equal parts pineapple and cranberry. Add either a teaspoon of passionfruit puree and stir or a half passionfruit on top for garnish.
