Pendennis Club Cocktail Recipe
The Pendennis Club cocktail originates from the exclusive social club of the same name in Louisville Kentucky. Gin and apricot brandy are paired together, balanced with fresh lime and flavoured with the slightly sweeter aromatic bitters, Peychaud's.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Gin 2 oz
- 30 mL Apricot Brandy Liqueur 1 oz
- 22.5 mL Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz
- 3 Dashes of Peychaud's
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice for 12-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
