
How to make a Persephone cocktail
Love the addition of Monkey 47 Sloe Gin to make a rich and fruity but not overly sweet cocktail. This one is a must try!
Ingredients
- 30 mL Laird's Applejack
- 22.5 mL Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth
- 15 mL Monkey 47 Sloe Gin
- 15 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 mL Sugar Syrup 1:1
Instructions
- Add ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice
- Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe
