
Pineapple Martini
A deliciously sweet pineapple "martini" made at London's Met Bar in the Metropolitan Hotel in 1997.
Ingredients
- 45 ml vodka, Grey Goose
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 10 ml rich syrup
- 10 ml lime juice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients
- Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
- Garnish with pineapple fronds
