How to make a Pisco Thyme
The Pisco Thyme is simple sour cocktail recipe with a subtle hint of thyme.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Encanto Pisco
- 30 mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 30 mL Thyme Syrup
Instructions
- Fill a Boston glass with ice
- Add all your ingredients
- Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe
- Garnish with a small sprig of thyme
