Pornstar Martini
The Pornstar Martini is one of the UK's most popular cocktails! It was first created by Douglas Ankrah at the Townhouse Bar, London. He also founded London's LAB Bar which is well renowned for their Pornstar Martinis. I did a side by side recipe comparison to find out which one makes the best Pornstar Martini and this (the original) was my favourite.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Vanilla Vodka Stolyi or Absolut
- 15 ml Passionfruit Liqueur Passoa or De Kuyper
- 30 ml Passionfruit Puree
- 2 tsp Vanilla Sugar heaped
- 45 ml Champagne serve on the side
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
- Garnish with half a passionfruit floated
- Serve with a sidecar of Champagne
