
PX Daiquiri Cocktail Recipe
The flavour profile of PX sherry consists of dried fruits, spices and molasses. This is a winter-inspired riff on a Daiquiri with a rich, complex twist.
Ingredients
- 45 mL Rhum Agricole 1½ oz
- 22.5 mL Pedro Ximenéz Sherry ¾ oz
- 22.5 mL Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
