
Quaker Cocktail Recipe
The Quaker is a bright and delightful cocktail. Sweet and citrusy and not overpowering. Featured in Harry McElhone's 1927 Barflies and Cocktails.
Feel free to play around with the rum utilised - we used an Aged Caribbean Spiced Rum in the video below.
Ingredients
- 30 mL Aged Rum
- 30 mL Brandy
- 15 mL Raspberry Syrup
- 15 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain over crushed ice into a collins glass
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
