Creation of Employees Only bartender and partner, Steve Schneider. Smoke and spice work perfectly alongside the sweet honey and pineapple syrup. An incredibly tasty cocktail - a must try!

  • 52.5 ml Mezcal, Joven
  • 30 ml Honey-pineapple Syrup
  • 22.5 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 3 dashes Habanero Shrub, Bittermens Hellfire

Honey-pineapple Syrup

  • 2 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Hot Water
  • 50 Pink Peppercorns
  • 1 Pineapple, cubed


  • Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
  • Shake with ice for 12-15 seconds
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with ground pink peppercorns

Honey-pineapple Syrup

  • Muddle pink peppercorns with the pineapple pieces
  • Add the honey syrup
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Strain and bottle
