Reggae Rum Punch Recipe
The Reggae Rum Punch is one of the most popular punch recipes in Jamaica and comes in many forms. It usually contains orange juice, pineapple juice and overproof rum. Ian Burnell's recipe (known as THE Rum Ambassador) calls for the welcome addition of strawberry syrup.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Overproof White Rum
- 60 ml Orange Juice
- 60 ml Pineapple Juice
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Strawberry Syrup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain over fresh ice into a high ball glass
- Garnish with pineapple and a sprig of mint
