Ingredients
 

  • 30 ml aged rhum agricole
  • 22.5 ml light-bodied red wine
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 7.5 ml gum syrup (or 2:1 syrup)

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients
  • Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
  • Double strain over ice into a short tumbler
