
Rhum Punch
Ingredients
- 30 ml aged rhum agricole
- 22.5 ml light-bodied red wine
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 7.5 ml gum syrup (or 2:1 syrup)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients
- Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
- Double strain over ice into a short tumbler
