
Russian Spring Punch Cocktail Recipe
The Russian Spring Punch was created in the 1980s by Dick Bradsell. Basically a spiked Kir Royale over ice.
Ingredients
- 45 mL Vodka 1½ oz
- 15 mL Framboise Raspberry Liqueur (½ oz)
- 15 mL Creme de Cassis Blackcurrant Liqueur (½ oz)
- 22.5 mL Fresh Lemon Juice ¾ oz
- 15 mL Simple Syrup ½ oz
- Sparkling Wine
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the sparkling wine into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain over fresh ice into a cocktail glass (pilsner glass is perfect!)
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with raspberries
