The Sherry Cobbler was one of the most popular drinks during the mid to late 19th century. It was apparently named for the cobbles of ice which are a non-negotiable when making the drink.

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
  • Shake briefly to combine
  • Strain over pebble ice into a high ball glass
  • Garnish with a slice of orange, mint sprig and a maraschino cherry
