
Sherry Cobbler
The Sherry Cobbler was one of the most popular drinks during the mid to late 19th century. It was apparently named for the cobbles of ice which are a non-negotiable when making the drink.
Ingredients
- 1 wedge lemon
- 4 raspberries
- 90 ml amontillado sherry
- 15 ml simple syrup
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
- Shake briefly to combine
- Strain over pebble ice into a high ball glass
- Garnish with a slice of orange, mint sprig and a maraschino cherry
