The Flor de Peanut Butter Jerez Swizzle was created by Peter Patrician, cocktail enthusiast and owner of Patrician's Bitters. At the start of 2021 Leandro aka The Educated Barfly hosted a friendly cocktail comp utilising Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey as the hero and Peter came out on top, and rightfully so. The drink is a clever combination of peanut butter whiskey, dry Amontillado sherry, apricot brandy liqueur and lemon - with prominent peanut and stonefruit flavours.

Instructions
 

  • In a high ball glass, combine all ingredients
  • Fill with pebble ice
  • Swizzle until the glass is frosted
  • Top with pebble ice
  • Garnish with a mint sprig
