
Flor de PBJerez Swizzle
The Flor de Peanut Butter Jerez Swizzle was created by Peter Patrician, cocktail enthusiast and owner of Patrician's Bitters. At the start of 2021 Leandro aka The Educated Barfly hosted a friendly cocktail comp utilising Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey as the hero and Peter came out on top, and rightfully so. The drink is a clever combination of peanut butter whiskey, dry Amontillado sherry, apricot brandy liqueur and lemon - with prominent peanut and stonefruit flavours.
Ingredients
- 30 ml peanut butter whiskey, Skrewball
- 45 ml Amontillado sherry
- 7.5 ml apricot liqueur
- 22.5 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 2 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions
- In a high ball glass, combine all ingredients
- Fill with pebble ice
- Swizzle until the glass is frosted
- Top with pebble ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig
