
Snake Eyes
The Snake Eyes cocktail combines smoky mezcal, lime juice, sweet banana liqueur and refreshing coconut water for a margarita-like party drink. Finished with a partial salt rim that enhances the overripe banana and citrus notes.
Ingredients
- 45 ml mezcal, espadin
- 60 ml organic coconut water
- 15 ml cane syrup
- 7.5 ml lime juice
- 1 tsp banana liqueur
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
- Add ice and shake for 10 to 12 seconds
- Moisten the side of your rocks glass with a piece of citrus and roll in salt
- Strain the contents of your cocktail shaker over fresh ice in a rocks glass
