How to make a Mandi-Gin

Inspired from a cocktail recipe shared by the team from The Dead Rabbit bar in New York City. It’s an extremely complex drink with a real depth of flavour developed by the Dom Benedictine and Spiced Mandarin Syrup. Perfect cocktail to making as mandarin's are in season and extremely delicious.

  • 30 ml Bols Genever
  • 5 mL Heering Cherry Liqueur
  • 5 ml Dom Benedictine
  • 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Spiced Mandarin Syrup


  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Shake & strain into an old fashioned glass
  • Garnish with a skewered mandarin piece

      You can make the syrup at home by creating a sugar syrup and adding fresh manadarins (muddled/pressed). Let it reduce until the flavour intensifies 🙂
