How to make a Mandi-Gin
Inspired from a cocktail recipe shared by the team from The Dead Rabbit bar in New York City. It’s an extremely complex drink with a real depth of flavour developed by the Dom Benedictine and Spiced Mandarin Syrup. Perfect cocktail to making as mandarin's are in season and extremely delicious.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Bols Genever
- 5 mL Heering Cherry Liqueur
- 5 ml Dom Benedictine
- 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Spiced Mandarin Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake & strain into an old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a skewered mandarin piece
