French Gimlet
A simple 3-ingredient riff on a classic Gimlet. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur is used as the sweetener to balance the tart lime juice. The French Gimlet highlights the bright, citrusy and floral notes of St Germain.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 45 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 15 ml Lime Juice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice for 12-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel
