This drink was born out of the idea to create a more sippable, bubbly White Negroni (which is Suze, gin, and Lillet Blanc or blanc vermouth).

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
  • Shake briefly with ice to combine
  • Strain over ice into a wine glass
  • Top with soda water
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
