
Stardust Cocktail Recipe
The team at Tuxedo No. 2 created this festive creamy cocktail, drawing inspiration from the Brandy Alexander and the North Star by Post Prohibition. Rich and chocolatey with a backnote of spice, namely cinnamon and anise.
Ingredients
- 45 mL Reposado Tequila 1½ oz
- 30 mL Creme de Cacao 1 oz
- 30 mL Heavy Cream 1 oz
- 15 mL Cinnamon Syrup ½ oz
- Absinthe Rinse
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the absinthe into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice for 12-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled, absinthe rinsed cocktail glass
- Garnish with a star anise
