Tasmanian Moonshine Company Cold Drip Coffee Liqueur
20% Alc. vol.
Made using their triple-distilled Tasmanian grain vodka which is made from locally sourced malted barley. Distilled once in their 1800L copper pot still before being ran through their 380L reflux column still, twice. Barley tends to have more of an aroma compared to sugar or wheat and a clear cereal note can be detected on the front of the palate.
The coffee is a blend of a dark roasted coffee bean and a creamy, chocolate coffee bean. Powerful aromas of freshly roasted coffee beans and hints of chico lollies. A light to medium bodied liqueur with a delicately bitter coffee finish.
