The Casper x The Infante Cocktail Recipe
This particular recipe is an amalgamation of two cocktails - The Casper and The Infante. The Casper is a slight variation of The Infante which in turn, is a variation on a classic Margarita.The Infante calls for a Blanco Tequila, orgeat, lime juice and orange flower water whilst The Casper calls for a Reposado Tequila, hazelnut orgeat, lime juice and rosewater.The above ratios result in a sweeter cocktail which slightly overshadows the tequila and has subtle floral notes. The Infante does call for better ratios (60ml tequila, 22.5ml orgeat and 22.5ml lime juice).
Ingredients
- 60 ml Reposado Tequila
- 30 ml Orgeat
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- Few Drops of Rosewater
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain over crushed ice
- Garnish with grated nutmeg
