How to make an Aviation cocktail
The Crème de Violette has been quite difficult to source in the past so it is fairly common to be omitted from the recipe completely.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Gin
- 15 mL Maraschino Liqueur
- 15 mL Lemon Juice
- Splash of Crème de Violette
Instructions
- Fill a boston glass with ice
- Add the listed ingredients
- Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass (or coupe-style glass)
- Garnish with a lemon twist or maraschino cherry
