
How to make a Thyme to Delight
The Thyme to Delight cocktail was derived through a new tea supplier who gave me a sample of an amazing hibiscus tea. With its intricate flavour profile I wanted to create a fruity drink which uses a traditional Clover Club breakdown with a few enhancements to bring it to life. Strawberries infuse this rich, floral American style gin which is then balanced with citrus and the hero of the cocktail, the Thyme & Hibiscus syrup. - Kurtis B
Ingredients
- 45 mL Strawberry-infused Aviation Gin
- 30 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 mL House-made Thyme & Hibiscus Syrup
- Egg White
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake & double strain into a chilled cocktail/coupe glass

March 29, 2018 at 10:30 amIt’s actually super easy – just make a simple syrup and whilst it is simmering/dissolving, add the required ingredients – in this case, thyme and hibiscus 🙂
