Ti' Punch Cocktail Recipe

The Ti' Punch is the national drink of the French Islands of Martinique. Distillers on the island save their very best rhum for their unaged spirit and the Ti' Punch is more commonly prepared with this blanc rhum. Undiluted and served at room temperature, the Ti’ Punch is simple to prepare yet complex with flavour.
For the unfamiliar the first sip may be daunting but the aromatics are undeniable. Each sip will uncover notes of grassy, vegetal, tropical fruit and fresh cane.

Ingredients
 

  • 60 ml Rhum Agricole 2 oz
  • Teaspoon of Cane Syrup
  • 6-10 drops of Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine the Rhum Agricole and syrup into the glass
  • Stir to combine
  • Squeeze lime juice into the glass
  • Garnish with spent lime piece
