One of everyone’s creamy cocktail favourites. Ditch the blender and shake your Toblerone cocktail for a more intense flavour – try it!

I’ve always thought that you really need to be in the mood to drink creamy cocktails but the Toblerone cocktail is a favourite amongst everyone. The honey is difficult to work with as it solidifies as soon as it hits the ice - I prefer to coat the martini glass with the honey instead of mixing it within the cocktail. Most people tend to blend their Toblerone’s but try shaking them for a more intense flavour without the dilution from the blended ice.


  • 30mL Frangelico
  • 30mL Kahlua
  • 30mL Baileys
  • 60mL Cream
  • Honey


  1. Drop a dob of honey in the bottom of a martini glass and, using a teaspoon, pull the honey up the side of the glass
  2. Fill a boston glass with ice
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the boston glass
  4. Shake vigorously before straining onto the honey-lined martini glass.


Shake your Toblerone’s for a stronger flavour!
