
Too Soon Cocktail Recipe
A contemporary cocktail created by Sam Ross of Attaboy, NY. Sam is also the creator of modern classic cocktails such as the Penicillin, Paper Plane and the Conquistador. The Too Soon has similarities to the Enzoni (which I only recently discovered) which is an amaro gin sour.
Featuring bright, fresh citrusy top notes that evolve into bitter citrusy and subtle vegetal flavours courtesy of the Cynar.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin 1 oz
- 30 ml Cynar 1 oz
- 22.5 ml Lemon Juice 0.75 oz
- 15 ml Simple Syrup 0.5 oz
- 2 Slices of Orange
Instructions
- Add 2 slices of orange to your cocktail shaker
- Measure the remaining ingredients into your shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
