Everyone needs a single serve Eggnog recipe this Christmas! This easy recipe is as quick to whip up as any other mixed drink. Crafted by Leandro from The Educated Barfly - it's a rich, delicious combination of bonded whiskey (high proof, high rye) and a full-flavoured Jamaican aged rum.

Ingredients
 

  • 22.5 ml Overproof Jamaican Rum (Smith & Cross)
  • 22.5 ml 100 proof Bourbon Whiskey (Old Grand-Dad Bonded)
  • 30 ml Heavy Cream
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Grated Cinnamon
  • Grated Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  • Dry shake vigorously
  • Wet shaker (preferably with a large cube)
  • Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
  • Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon
