Vodka Honey and Mint Sour
Ingredients
- 45 ml Vodka 1.5 oz
- 30 ml Lemon juice 1 oz
- 22.5 ml Honey syrup 0.75 oz
- Half an Egg white
- 2-3 Mint leaves
- 1-2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the bitters into your cocktail shaker
- Dry Shake to emulsify the egg white (without ice)
- Wet shake (with ice)
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with bitters drops
