Vodka Rosemary & Honey Collins
Ingredients
- 60 ml Vodka 2 oz
- 30 ml Lemon Juice 1 oz
- 22.5 ml 1:1 Honey Syrup
- 60 ml Soda 2 oz
Instructions
- Combine the first three ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Add soda to shaker
- Strain over fresh ice into a high ball glass
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig
Notes
Optionally, make a honey/rosemary syrup for a stronger rosemary flavour
