
White Negroni Sbagliato
A blend of two Negroni variations. Lillet Blanc is my choice for a White Negroni hence why it gets a mention below but Toby Cecchini, owner of Brooklyn's Long Island Bar, calls for Carpano Bianco Vermouth. The White Negroni Sbagliato is a light, earthy spritz.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Suze Gentian Liqueur
- 30 ml Carpano Bianco Vermouth or Lillet Blanc
- 120 ml Prosecco
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into an old fashioned glass over ice
- Garnish with a long slice of cucumber and a twist of orange
