How to make a Pina Colada (shaken!)

The Pina Colada is the official cocktail of Puerto Rico and has been for over 35 years! It is also classified as an International Bartenders Association official cocktail and for good reason. Everyone loves a good pina colada especially in the summer months.

Ingredients
 

  • 60 ml White Rum 2 oz
  • 45 ml Cream of Coconut 1.5 oz
  • 45 ml Pineapple Juice 1.5 oz
  • 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice 0.5 oz

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
  • Shake with ice
  • Strain over crushed ice
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge
