How to make a Caipiroska

Make sure you use plenty of ice, the right dilution makes this cocktail a winner!

Ingredients
 

  • 60 mL Vodka
  • Half a lime
  • Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cut the lime into eighths and add to a boston glass
  • Add two heaped teaspoons of brown sugar
  • Muddle ingredients
  • Fill remainder of boston glass with ice and add the vodka
  • Shake and pour into a large rocks glass
  • Heap with crushed ice
