Aperol Spritz (PDT version)
The Aperol Spritz is a bittersweet, refreshing summer sipper. This is PDT's version with a lower of Prosecco and the addition of freshly squeezed orange juice for a slightly sweeter and even more sessionable Spritz.Featured in The PDT Cocktail Book.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Aperol 2 oz
- 30 ml Prosecco 1 oz
- 30 ml Soda Water 1 oz
- 15 ml Orange Juice 0.5 oz
Instructions
- Fill a tumbler glass with ice
- Add Aperol, Prosecco, Soda Water and Orange Juice
- Garnish with an orange slice
